Stacking The Shelves #7

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's review where we showcase our new books for the week.

BOUGHT
Die For Me by Amy Plum
Fifty Shades of Grey by E.L. James

I got two books at the beginning of this week! I've been slowing down my book buying as I have so many books on my TBR pile. I think I'm doing alright so far. Hahah. I can't wait to read Die For Me as I've heard such good things about it. My first opinions on it were really bad though as I read two horrible reviews for it and I put it on my mental 'Don't Read' list. Later on all the reviews I saw for it were really good so I put it on my 'Must Read' list and I actually think I might really enjoy it now (: I also got Fifty Shades of Grey which I've actually already finished reading.

What did you get this week?

  2. I've read Die for Me but I didn't like it that much. And oh, my mom's read Fifty Shades of Grey too and she thinks it's hilarious. But I don't know... I'm not allowed to read it. ;) Enjoy reading!

  3. Die for Me looks awesome and the cover's gorgeous! My mum is actually finishing off the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy. Actually, quite a lot of my family are... but I don't think I will. I'm maybe a tad too young. ;)
    Enjoy and happy reading! :D

  5. Ohh Die for Me, this book sounds interesting but I'm not 100% sure about it. I'll have to wait for your review on it!

Tell me about slowing down! My TBR pile is huge at the moment but I just keep buying books from the book depository. I think I'm addicted to getting packages in the mail!

  6. I really enjoyed DIE FOR ME, so I hope you'll like it despite your initial doubts! Not really sure about FIFTY SHADES OF GREY - I'm somewhat curious about it, but I've also heard quite a few negative things, so I'm still contemplating whether to get a copy or not. :D

Fifty Shades of Grey is apparently really good but naughty :D

  10. I have been in two minds whether to read Die for Me or Not even though I have heard a lot of good things about it. Fifty Shades I actually read when it was fan fiction, so I am debating as to read it again the the form it's in now.

Thanks for stopping by my blog

  16. Die For Me has such a lovely cover! I kind of want to try reading it, just because I keep seeing it everywhere. Probably won't get to reading 50 Shades of Grey, just because it's not my thing. But I hope you enjoy them both! Thanks for stopping by!

  20. Ohhh, DIe for Me looks so pretty sitting there! I really hope you like it since I've heard really amazing things about it, plus the cover is just GORGEOUS! (even if it is a girl in a dress lol) As for Fifty Shades of Grey, well, I'm glad you semi-liked it! There've been some very... unflattering reviews for it around XD My parents would probably disapprove of me reading it though haha! Amazing haul! Enjoy Die for Me :)
